Easy for anyone regardless experience level

I like how easy it was to set up, customize my profile with images (so that they are always there), edit information about myself, etc. The ability to see if you are already "creded" by another site or organization is great. Also having access to more info than just your email address can be helpful when trying to verify who someone is. It's easy enough people new to our software would have trouble using it in the beginning but then they get the hang of it! We use credz so we don't need to…

  • User friendly interface; very simple
  • Ease for end user experience no coding necessary at basic level.
  • Can utilize social media accounts which saves valuable resources from managing additional passwords.
  • Good database management system
  • Very flexible data driven platform provides endless possibilities

Great tool but could require better integration

The ability to share credentials with other providers, this helps create an easier experience by only needing one account instead of several accounts. I dislike that you cannot save your passwords/credentials in Credz so it's difficult when using another provider if they do not have access to Credz. It would be great to see more integrations between Credz and 3rd party apps such as Salesforce or Hubspot for example. We are solving our password management needs by having all employees use Credz

A great platform for managing clients

The dashboard, user interface, functionality to connect with other systems / applications has really helped us manage our client's account in an efficient way without any confusion. No dislikes at all! Would like more integrations though - currently only Salesforce CRM available (which we do not use). Also would be nice if they could sync up better with Google Docs or Dropbox so that it becomes easier to create templates & share documents from one place. Great tool which helps me streamline my

  • Comprehensive set for KPIs under Reports tab.
  • Ability tp track clients' data easily through their own portal using QuickBooks Online integration
  • Reporting is easy but good enough even when there are no errors

The ability to create multiple categories to describe your education, experience, skills, etc. makes it easy to find the right fit when looking for new opportunities or filling an open spot in your team. Also, the fact that they have a mobile app (available for iOS and Android) is great as well! I do not like how difficult it can be to get specific information about someone's history within their account. It would be helpful if there was a way to have more options to search by, such as "Worked…
