Can't say anything negative

This breaker will help loosen nuts. So far it has done its job, providing enough force to easily break eyelets and other bolts. fleshy feeling Short enough to fit in my toolbox but long enough to get good leverage.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Something different

Good little breaker for a 1/4 " drive in a tight space

My 1/4" ratchet (cheap) just missed gears trying to pry the dough holding screw with it. This 1/4" break bar fits into tight spaces and easily loosens a bolt. It's beautifully made.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Will not fit all

Quality tool at a top price!

It looks like a quality tool. Pleasant to the touch and powerful, lies comfortably in the hand. Has a nice smooth finish. The only problem I have is that the drive rotates too easily. Especially when using U adapters. Otherwise I am satisfied with this tool. I have several Crescent tools and they haven't let me down yet!

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Disappear

Easy on your 1/4 " ratchet

Urgently needed It's hard to find a 1/4" ratchet because who would put that much torque on a small bolt or nut? Fine if it's stubborn and I've broken two 1/4" ratchets by pushing too hard, although admittedly only 2 in 20 years. Yes, buy Craftsman and get a lifetime warranty. but why break anything at all, if it can be avoided?

Nice polished chrome breaker 1/4 inch but note it is only 6 inches long.

Let me start by saying that this is a very good breaker. It is made in Taiwan. from the Apex Group, the same people who bring you GearWrench, Husky and a few other brands. However, for some strange reason, there are many misconceptions about how long this breaker actually is. Revain claims a length of 7.7 inches, however, this must include the product's plastic packaging as the actual length of the product when removed is only 6 inches. Come on Revain, please add the exact length of this…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Crowbar broke under torque

A crowbar was used to break the torque and the tool broke/broke. Since I bought this device for this reason, I cannot give a good review. My dad told me I was an idiot to buy and trust something so cheap and I pointed out the reviews. So I have to give the worst possible rating to help someone else not break their knee due to a broken breaker.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • Long delivery

I like the quality Power and hand tools

I needed an extra 3" to add some leverage on my 15" Husky hammer. I love the quality, fit and finish. I do not have it. I tested it on some car nuts tightened to 75# and it worked great. It has more leverage than a 15 as expected and I didn't want or feel the need for a 24 mainly because I wanted to fit it into my toolbox.

Pros
  • Hand tools
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Good tool for the price (I paid) but is it a real Crescent tool?

Nice tool but the best part is I bought it as an extra item for half the price ($6.50). I've only used it a couple of times and it worked fine, but I didn't need a lot of torque so I can't attest to its strength or durability. I don't know if they are made in the US or China (China I suspect, as are the mechanical tools I have) but they seem to be better than average quality for Chinese made tools. The most disturbing fact (reason for one star deduction) is that I couldn't find this particular…

Pros
  • Socket wrench
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
