Great platform for building, tracking & sending targeted messages

I like how simple it is to create customized campaigns that target specific audiences and have those campaigns tracked so you can understand which ones resonated best with your customers. It's hard to see all the data in one place. Would be great if there was a way to export everything into Excel or something similar so you can do your own analysis and trend out any issues you may spot. I also don't like the fact that you can only do one category at a time when creating a campaign. This makes…

It's an all in one place for reporting and data for all of your campaigns.

I like that it allows me to set up campaigns in advance and then run them at my leisure once they're live. It's also nice that you can see all your data in one place so there isn't any need to jump between different programs or spreadsheets when looking through reports. The reporting options could be improved as well - some things don't seem very intuitive. For example, if you want to see how much money was spent per product line but only have access to total spending, you'd think there would…
