The ability for me as an officer or dispatcher has been able solve crimes that I was not aware were even occurring within our jurisdiction! It also allows us access into other jurisdictions when needed which helps keep things organized at all times (not just during emergencies). The most useful feature for me was being able to see trends over time using charts that showed my local area as well as across all counties I had access to. If you're looking at long term trend lines this tool can help give an indication if your department/area has been under or above average compared to other departments like yours but don't rely solely upon these graphs when making decisions because they are not always accurate!
