Good product, learning curve for a stranger

I used this particular green dye for years when I was younger and decided to try again. It does what it says on the tin and colors pre-lightened hair deeply and long-lasting. (Note: other reviewers have dyed their children's hair this color and have had no luck; this may be due to the porosity of the hair. Bleeding is fairly common with hair color

I was just trying to highlight. Haha when I washed off the paint it went everywhere. It's pretty dirty and always bleeds when wet. Looks great but VERY messy!

Pleasant indigo colour. Not quite blue, not quite purple, but deep indigo, which is nice. Background: I have Asian hair dyed blue. It was sanded first and then Joico Intensity Sapphire was applied. Color works best on very light/bleached hair

I have used Raw in the past and have always had good results. I find it better to use this semi permanent hair color because it lasts longer than semi permanent. Always bleach your hair with the Raw White Out Bleach Kit for a vibrant colour. The smell is pleasant, the texture pleasantly creamy. Love Beauty & Personal Care

The color of this brand is very pigmented which is great. However, if you are inexperienced with hair dye, I would refrain. It is very messy and you need to be very careful because it stains the skin very easily. Wash your hair well because I woke up with a pink throat. Definitely more indigo than purple. My recently (2 weeks ago) professionally colored purple hair had faded too coppery for my liking. I wanted a slightly cool purple, but still a definite purple. Bright red but not for DARK hair

This doesn't work on dark hair, I love that it's a safe vegan color but it didn't work on my 6 year old with dark brown hair. We must use it several times to get a SMALL tint. I used it once and saw his hair lighten a bit but I'm the only one who noticed. I really don't want to bleach or add peroxide. I will try again But I definitely see it working on light hair. It will stain EVERYTHING so I don't recommend it for long hair but definitely for short hair that doesn't snag on clothes.
