As far as I can remember

I remember the day my grandfather pulled an original workshop off the shelf at our local store. such a wonderful instrument that has served us for years after his death. However, like an idiot, I lost the original. I was skeptical about buying a replacement now in 2018 but I'm happy to say it's every bit as good as the one I lost.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Safety

Best goto pliers ever

I have a pair of these a long time ago and they are my goto pliers. I ordered these for my son in law. On closer inspection this one is even better built than mine as it has a slight curve in the jaw to better fit the nuts. You can use these pliers with a variety of nut sizes and operate them with one hand. It automatically adjusts to the right size. I love these pliers.

The best brand of pliers!

I already had a pair of these but needed a second pair for a different location. This brand is my favorite: it is well designed even for small or not very strong hands. They work well for me even though I have tremors in my hands and keep my grip steady. This size is fine for smaller hands, but Robo-Grip has made larger pliers of the same design, at least in the past.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Expandable

Note on the real size!

I was very surprised when I opened the package it came in and saw how small it really is! For a size of 7 inches, that's awfully small. Just a note for everyone to see the actual size. They will be perfect when my 7 year old granddaughter needs to fix something! πŸ˜‚ The quality is very good and they come in handy for things that require small pliers etc.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons

Weaker than channel blockers, but great!

Excellent, I remember your ad from the 90s. I bought these to keep on my motorized bike so I have a tool for lots of different screws on the go. If you're expecting the absolute power of channel blocking, you'll be disappointed. They're not strong when you're trying to flex something from side to side, but they work very well and pack onto the bike easily. Versatile and easy to use.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

The best of the best!. in Power & Hand Tools

Best of the Best Forget the rest. I've been a contractor for 50 years of my life. I also worked at Home Depot for 15 years, Furrow Bldg Materials for 15 years and Local Hardware Store for 11 years. The most useful and versatile tool I've ever used. Easy to use. More work was done on the robotic arm than anything I've ever had. I recommend Ameteur Pro and Serious FIY to homeowners. Couldn't spend my money on anything more valuable.

Pros
  • Free for Educational Purposes
Cons
  • Available in White Only

Some things never change. That's good

Bought to replace a 20 year old pair sold under the Craftsman brand. They are the same except this new pair of pliers has a bulge on the handle that fits the hand better, allowing me to apply even more pressure when gripping objects. The fact that they've stayed the same over the years is a testament to the ingenious design of these handy tools. I would buy them any day of the week. That's good design.

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

That is amazing! suitable for power tools and hand tools

These are the best pliers I have ever had. I had the large size and loved them for years until I lost them. I've replaced them with these smaller ones and while the small ones work just as well, I think the larger size is more versatile and will likely reach this size. I would just omit the small one if I were you, unless you really only use it for smaller things. Either way, it has a surprisingly secure grip when you squeeze it, and they're heavy and well built.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive

I use them to open tubes of dry oil paint. Helps my arthritis

I've just started painting again and got out my 30 year old oil paints. When I could remove the caps the color was still good but almost everything needed pliers to open. When using regular pliers on the pipes, the pipes were usually twisted and often broke. My sister who suffers from neuropathy told me about these forceps. I doubted but I tried. They are cool! I have some arthritis in my hands so it's great to be able to open small things with less pain. Now they are on my painting table and I

Pros
