The device failed at the first major failure after installation. .

The device failed at the first major standstill after installation. The snap ring failed and when I tried to move the piston it popped out of the bell housing and I lost all the hydraulic fluid. Luckily I was on the interstate and could get home by switching the power and starting the transmission. I drive in a very remote country in the deserts and mountains of Utah and need to make sure the car is in reliable condition. I wouldn't trust this device anymore.

Pros
  • strong and durable
Cons
  • weight

Absolutely terrible.

Little by little, every detail of this unit let me down. The slave cylinder failed and ruptured after only 4 weeks. After 3 months, the master stopped printing, so I had to replace it. Now the clutch hose itself will squirt fluid every time you depress the clutch. Leak between the braid and the compression fitting at the end of the slave cylinder, I think it's a factory fault! This nearly left me stranded on three separate occasions, each time having to do exactly the same thing as the other…

Pros
  • high build quality
Cons
  • new competitors have emerged

The stolen hose was pushed in and came out before I even installed it.

When this arrived the stainless steel pressure hose did not appear to be fully inserted. *It shouldn't matter much as there is a pin insert that holds the pressure hose in place. As soon as I screwed it in, the pressure pipe came loose from the master cylinder. *The bobby pin didn't let the hose fall out completely, but barely kept it in; there was no tightness. If the product had been in use, it would have completely failed in its task. I was like well this sucks let me go ahead and reinstall…

Pros
  • Installation Type: Vehicle Specific
Cons
