Based on my observations, this release cable is durable and made with high-quality materials. It was easy to install and has been performing well thus far. The only downside is that it may be slightly pricier than other options on the market..

lever plastic is too flexible, much more flexible than the original part. The part that catches the end of the cable flexes, allowing the cable to pop out before the cover is removed. The original part is pretty cheap and probably shouldn't be plastic. This one is even cheaper and has no chance to work.
