Good. Computers and accessories

Doubled the memory in my Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM (now up to 8GB). To tell the truth the laptop ran fine (no lag, average disk usage was already quite low with the default 4GB but bought anyway to reduce disk stress etc. I don't see much of a difference with the extra 4 GB noticed (other than that disk usage) now averages 0% when idle %) I haven't faced much memory stress yet (burning DVDs, running memory intensive games) Mostly just surfing the web (multiple websites open at once)…

Pros
  • Computers and accessories
Cons
  • Very expensive

Bought 4 x 16GB chips to get the most out of my .

Bought 4 x 16GB chips to get the most out of my iMac 5K 27" 2017. Everything works fine! I understand Crucial says there is another memory that is specifically designed and tested for iMac ; noted. There must be a target, but it is exactly as per the spec listed on Apple's memory installation support page. I can also report that the installation was incredibly easy. Located on the back of the computer a small door where the memory slots are located. Just a note for owners of the smaller 21.5"…

Suitable for Late 2018 Mac Mini RAM Upgrade

If you're reading this, you probably already know that the latest 3rd Gen RAM is user upgradeable. Mac Mini. I can confirm that this RAM is fit for purpose; or at least I can make sure my Mac Mini didn't throw a tantrum when I gutted it and replaced the fragile 4GB x 2 sticks with these. Please see the photos I've uploaded for screenshots of system information confirming a successful update. There are already some solid videos on YouTube with instructions on how to upgrade; I think it's easiest

Pros
  • Internal Components
Cons
  • Big and Bulky
