excellent material.

This is a great item. Hardening takes 72 hours, but this is to be expected with thick fills and allows sufficient time for degassing without a pressure vessel. Sets to a beautiful, bubble-free, crystal clear plaster of paris. One review said it was a 1 to 1 ratio. IT IS NOT 1 to 1. It is 3 to 1 in volume and weight. Please make no mistake and use it in 1:1 ratio or you will lose this money.

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • No Automatic

Clear, very few bubbles, lasts forever

Good resin for the price. Crystal clear and does not form many bubbles. I was able to make good casts without resorting to a high-pressure pan. The only downside to this resin is that the curing time seems to be twice as long as a similar resin. It's still a liquid gel for about 16 hours and doesn't set enough to dissolve within 48 hours. Even then, it's still soft enough to keep for a day or two. I will use it in deep casting projects as it never heats up like faster resins (hence I assume…

Super clear, almost flawless

While this resin gives near perfect results, I love it or hate it. The love is evident when you compare the end product to each other. hate . . . takes a damn long time to heal! Basically, this is not for inpatients and probably not for beginners. The mix ratio instructions were confusing at first but I got used to the 3:1 ratio, although after a day using the 1:1 resin I switched to this product and completely forgot it was 3:1. You would think it would become brittle once it dries but instead

Pros
  • Adhesives, sealants and lubricants
Cons
  • There are even more interesting possibilities.
