The most helpful thing I like about this program is that it allows you to monitor all of your properties from one place which makes things so much easier when managing multiple locations (i.e.- maintenance requests). There are some features such as notifications or reminders where they don't always work perfectly but we have had very few issues in general with their support team who gets back right away whenever there's an issue!
