Description of 🖨️ CUBICON ABS Filament - Advanced 3D Printer Filament for Optimum Performance

High strength, Good toughness, heat resistance and Scratch resistance. The surface can be polished by using acetone and easy to be colored. Less odor, Less warping, Bubble Free. It is a material that is available in most of FFF type 3D printers. However, the spool is for Cubicon 3D printers. Enclosed chamber is required for better printing quality and durability when printing big parts with ABS filaments. 1.75 mm diameter, dimensional accuracy + / - .05 mm; 1 kg spool (2.2lbs), Spool Dimension : Φ 8.6 inch (Spool Diameter) / Φ 2.36 inch (Spool Hole Diameter) / 2.75 inch (Spool Width), The Filament Vacuumed Sealed with desiccant. Recommended Temp. : 220 ~ 260 °C (Extruder) / 100 ~ 115 °C (Build Plate). All ABS filaments are tested based on REACH test method.

Efficient and Reliable ABS Filament

This ABS filament is incredibly durable and has a smooth finish when printed. Through trial and error, I found that this filament is easy to work with and produces a consistent print quality. The only downside is that it does require more heat to print than some other filaments, but the end result is worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend this filament for anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable option for their 3D printing needs.

Pros
  • Durable, smooth finish
Cons
  • Requires higher heat setting to print

Real high temperature ABS filament.

I have several others tried "abs" threads. Hatchbox and Domestic, and manufacturers continue to tinker with fillers and additives that supposedly make the press easier to print, and as a result, the press doesn't behave like a press. This thread prints like a press. Bed set to 110, hotend to 250 for 1st layer 245 after that Fan low for overhangs and bridges and off for easier details There is no warping near the bed, bridges and overhangs print well and cleanly The base case only has the sides…

Pros
  • diameter 1.75 mm, dimensional accuracy +/- 0.05 mm; 1kg spool, spool size: Φ 8.6" (spool diameter) / Φ 2.36" (spool bore diameter) / 2.75" (spool width), filament vacuumed with desiccant
Cons
  • Only available in black
