Decent product for its intended purpose. It's pretty easy to use. However, the stars were removed for several reasons. At first, a few small scratches and scrapes remained on my cutie. This clamp always works despite being the worst on the market. The features are great for actually fitting the tip, except it ALWAYS leaves a small dent on the top of the cue shaft that needs to be rubbed down with a dent remover. They turn FLEXIBLE into an identical model. Must buy. I'm pretty sure the same company makes it for this very reason. Plastic/polyurethane model won't dent the shaft.
