functional but much better deals can be found

Decent product for its intended purpose. It's pretty easy to use. However, the stars were removed for several reasons. At first, a few small scratches and scrapes remained on my cutie. Secondly, the price here turned out to be cheap. After ordering this I went to a local sporting goods store who claims to be some kind of authority. Anyway, they offer a $12 package that includes 2 of these (100% identical), new tips, cement, crayons and some felt strips to protect your cue from this clip.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

GET A PLASTIC MODEL, METAL CLAMP CLAMPS YOUR SHAFT EVERY TIME

This clamp always works despite being the worst on the market. The features are great for actually fitting the tip, except it ALWAYS leaves a small dent on the top of the cue shaft that needs to be rubbed down with a dent remover. They turn FLEXIBLE into an identical model. Must buy. I'm pretty sure the same company makes it for this very reason. Plastic/polyurethane model won't dent the shaft. For example, metal is good for cues in a home bar, but don't use it for your good cues. I am a former

DON'T BUY EVEN IF YOU GIVE IT FOR FREE

Garbage Garbage Garbage. ruined my brand new snooker when I changed the tip from Stock to Moose Master. That thing scratched all over my barrel, and now that we're all I'm thinking of when I'm ready for the shot. maybe it's cheap now. But you will quickly lose that good deal for money after you either have to buy a brand new one or find someone who can bring your cue back to life and then you have to mess around with return shipping and yeah yeah. So spend $5 now only to be forced to waste 100x

  • The Best In Its Niche
