Dear Cuisinart, but this set is already peeling. In fact, the color is showered in large flakes. Cooked with them very few times because they are in our country house. They are used on a stovetop with a glass lid and are hand washable only. Sad.

The pot set is nice but you need to read the instructions for cooking especially to get the right temperature otherwise it will be difficult to clean. The set is really versatile as you can use it on the hob or in the oven. I am very satisfied with this product.

This is a great set! I will say if you don't know how to cook with stainless steel, do your research! There's a special way to do this, and if you don't do it right, your food will burn or stick to the pan. Also research how to clean properly! I'm still deciding, but I'm very happy with this set! I gave 4 stars because some of the lids are dirty, but you should still wash them before use :).

I bought it for my mother because she wanted copper pots. Real copper pots that are actually made of copper cost thousands of dollars. They are NOT actually copper but they are copper colored and in fact my mom had one before so I knew the metal wasn't as important to her as the color. Anyway, she loves them! I've had these for a few months now and they've been my "affordable" alternative to my real brass dream set. At the moment I was more concerned with looks, so the fact that it's not 'real' copper in terms of cooking/heating performance wasn't an issue for me.
