Terrible Product: Pans

What a disappointment! I've used it 3 times on an electric stovetop over medium heat and the pan has warped so it no longer sits flat on the stovetop. Also, on my second use, I fried a few steaks and the burned fat was still in the pan (after soaking overnight and even using baking soda to dissolve the fat). Unfortunately money wasted. (I also received the wok and 10 piece set and they have been working fine after 3 months of use but now everything is starting to stick with use as well)…

My perfect frying pan! - Kitchen & Dining

Bought this small pan to reduce the use of the microwave to heat a cup of coffee and make a batch of oatmeal. I chose well! I pour coffee from it into my mug, and although there's no special place on the mug, it pours perfectly, doesn't spill or drip. I love the top of the pot; sits well and doesn't slip. Great non-stick surface for my oatmeal with easy cleanup. The handle felt a bit long when I first took it out of the box, but it's very cleverly designed to be comfortable in your hand and far

My first GreenGourmet pan worked so well that I bought several more (all anodized aluminum) to replace my old Teflon pans. Unfortunately, each has gone from brilliant non-stick surfaces to the most frustrating sticky surfaces I've ever had the misfortune to cook on. Judging from all the posts I've read about the same problem, I have the impression that sooner or later these pots will fail with everyone. How long this takes can depend on how hot they are, what oils are used on them (either…

Unworthy of the Cuisinart name

First of all, the handle design is amazing. They are firmly riveted to the pan and will never warp or break like some cheap woks sold here in America. And the glass lid is good. All woks should have some sort of lid to increase their versatility. However, this pan does not deserve the Cuisinart name. The first one I ordered had a notch on the top of the pan. I sent it back, and the second one had even more similar flaws. So I tried a third time. This one was missing a 3-inch trim strip on the…
