Don't say it's LEVEL 2. I was hoping for an answer as no one could tell me

If my concerns were answered, which is what I expected, I would give a different review. I've tried twice or more to get an answer. I will try to review again as I listed tier 2 when searching for this particular product and what came up were just photos of the filter. My photos show what I expected (I still had one) and the others were what I just received. There is no way of knowing what level they are, the box is different, the booklet and the small sticker to change again are not included…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Difficult to say

So fresh and so clean, clean.

After living in a relatively new apartment building in Chicago for several years, I have finally come to terms with the fact that no matter how new the building is, we are very "heavy"/bottled waters. My skin and scalp used to get a bit itchy after showering, orange deposits kept forming around my sink/tub no matter how many times I cleaned them etc. So I did a little research and settled on the Culligan shower head. my master bath and the results were instant. The itch mostly went away…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No performance

Read the b4 review if you buy this.

I have had a Culligan shower head with a retractable hose for many years. I always buy replacement filters from Bed-Bath-Beyond and that's the only reason I go there. Bed-Bath-Beyond doesn't sell it in my town, they have to order it online every time, they don't like sending it to the store for me to pick it up (they really seem to hate it) and it always has to do with, that the seller is forcing the manager to drop the shipping cost, although they keep telling me that they prefer the free…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The filter can be recharged.

I originally had a $45 filter that did an excellent job of removing chlorine and hardness from my water, but after 3 months it became so clogged that the flow was 1/5 less than without the filter . So, looking at $45 a quarter, I looked at the Culligan filter shower head. This filter didn't clog, but after a month my hair started to get stiff due to the local hard water. (I don't know how the Culligan can claim a 10,000 gallon lifespan.) This filter costs about $15, so the price per month seems

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • I don't remember

The chlorine content does not decrease.

I've been using the filter for a little over a year and my wife and I haven't noticed any difference in my skin or hair. I used the pool water test kit on two different filters and did not measure the difference in free chlorine levels with and without the filter. Our city water is tested straight from the tap for normal chlorine levels for pool use. The measurements I took were taken after 2-5 days of normal use. I have also used spa water test strips to test after installing a new filter…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Functionality

Works like nothing else!

I have rock hard well water. Even though my landlord has a fairly sophisticated and expensive water filtration system, the water is still hard and tastes awful. After living here for a few months, my hair started to change. It went from soft, smooth and glossy to dull, dull, dry and brittle. I've tried other shower head filters but couldn't tell a difference. I've spent a fortune on expensive shampoos and conditioners. Nothing worked. I started using bottled water. This was not only expensive…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Minor problems

A must for well water

We moved into a country house with well water after having used city water all our lives and were not too happy with our new shower water situation. My hair got tanned and limp, our skin always felt like soap scum, mineral buildup on the shower tiles, and, oh, the smell. this earthy, slightly eggy scent of well water, which, my god, better not get into my mouth! I've been looking for clarifying shampoos (all my research starts with Revain) to remove copper from my hair, and one shampoo reviewer

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Hard to say
