Good clutch, bad packaging.

I ordered a close coupler because they are known for quality and excellent finish. It's disappointing when he's beaten to death on delivery. There were many scratches on my trailer hitch. if i wasn't so bad i would have returned it but i bought it out of necessity and time. I wonder if Kurt knows how the product is processed there. it's a shame.

Requires towbar - external accessory

Installation was easy, read the instructions and install on your car. My installation took about 20 minutes after finding the correct metric stud bushing for my car. After assembly, it looks like a factory installation. The package was damaged beyond repair, had to go to the post office to collect it as the carrier could not deliver it in the condition it was.

Great product, poor shipping

Looks like it would be sturdy, only took 10 minutes to install and everything came together perfectly. It looks good on the car, the only thing you see is the receiver, you can't see the panel at all. The only problem was delivery through Revain. They used usps for the last delivery and they dropped the ball and didn't deliver within the promised time frame. I could get free shipping from the emailer and probably wouldn't have any problems. Excellent hitch. Excellent price. Installation on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 was straightforward. I had to cut a very small piece of caulk from just one side at the end where it was heavy for the hitch to fit. Others have mentioned it. Seems to be great quality. Pull the trigger, do it yourself and save $$$. It took less than 30 minutes and I did it without any help. NOTE: The illustration shows a trailer hitch with three holes on each side. It is not. Easy install, very low price 1XX dollars (a lot of money saved compared to dealer)

- Overall this is a very solid piece of metal. - It was easy to install on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo using an impact wrench (U-joint) and a bucket to level the hitch while I screwed in the first two bolts. Note that the bolts I used were already in my new Jeep, so all I had to do was take them out, reattach the hitch, and then put the bolts back in. 5 Minute Install Fits Towbars

Anyone who installs towbar receivers on a regular basis knows it's easy, unless the car is rusted and corroded to death, which means you're on no Should install a hitch receiver device. This kurt was exactly as expected, no damage, scratches or anything on arrival, easy instructions should you need them.
