I had no problems with it, I found it strong, reliable and easy to install. I see some people taking hooks and taking them off; I didn't have to do this, but there can be differences in vehicle height that make this difficult. Overall it's very durable and the hooks seem to be really good. Straight out of the bag this looked like a great idea. We have a luggage basket on the roof that we use when we go camping and it would be ideal to have an easy way to attach the tarp to the load.
