Curve Hero Review

I really liked that it allowed me to see in real time how patients were doing, which was great for my scheduling purposes. It was also easy to access patient information, which meant less searching through old files when needed. The only downside I can think of, if there actually is one, is that they don't allow sharing of notes between providers. I like that it's so easy for patients to use! It makes everything really simple from getting appointments through check ins/out etc. The only thing I dislike about this system is when there are multiple people at one time in an exam room or waiting area - sometimes they don't get called up right away which can be annoying if you're trying to move along somewhere else. I like that it has an easy interface for both patients AND employees (we had so many problems getting our charts in order). The computer crashed several times this month - which was very frustrating because most people don't realize how much they rely upon their PC! The ease in which it integrates into my clinic's workflow was great! I wish there were some improvements for our team members who aren't tech savvy but want access though their phone or computer at home when they are away from office hours during day shift (or night). When working remotely that can be an issue sometimes because if i'm not connected then its hard to check messages/emails etc - so having something like this would make life easier!! I love how easy it was for me (a non techy person)to use this system! It's so user friendly that even my husband could figure things out pretty quick once he got used to using our computer at home/office instead of his phone or tablet device - which isn't always available when in clinic due too time constraints etc.. The only thing i didn;t like about curve hero but probably because there wasn't anything wrong per se just an opinion really since everything else has been great!! Not much dislike

The program has allowed my office at this point in time not only more efficient but also much easier than when I first started utilizing it nearly 7 years ago!
