Problems with the air conditioning without solution!

(horrible experience), (non-compatible product), (call manufacturer and they won't help as I bought this item from a third-party seller and not directly from them.) I tried to email Sending mail and I called support , nothing helped. The email kept forcing me to download WhatsApp and then gave me a number that was too long to use. The air conditioning button turns on (only at full power), but the temperature does not change to heat and the fan speed does not decrease. Apple Carplay still won't…

Easy to set up and works well

Took about 30 minutes to install. So far I haven't had any problems with it. There's a slight lag when pressing the buttons, but that's not critical. In general I am satisfied. Massive upgrade of the standard stereo.
