Description of CUTEQUEEN TRADING LED Load Resistors - Fix Hyper Flash & Warning, 4PCS 50W 6Ohm + Quick Wire Clips - Ideal for LED Turn Signals, License Plate & DRL Lights

4PCS 50 watt 6Ohm Load Resistors + 8pc Quick wire Clip. Load Resistors for LED Turn Signal Light Fix or LED License Plate Lights Error Fix. This will solve LED related turn signal lights or license plate light problems ,no flashing or burnt out bulb indications. Load Resistors get really HOT when working. Mount it on metal surface, NOT plastic. It can work on any vehicle and can be connected across the turn signal bulbs or License Plate Lights to simulate the load of a regular filament bulb (2 Amp load). One LED resistor is required for each turn signal bulb or each license plate light bulb.

Better options available

When I first started looking for a load resistor I saw this one everywhere. I saw reviews about heating, you can't mount it on plastic etc. They mean business, they get very hot. I haven't measured with a laser because I don't care, but I think they're probably in the 350-400 degree range. He literally burned my finger after a few minutes of blinking. They work, the hyperflash is gone, there is no warning light on the dash. But there are better options for less money, I haven't researched…

They work but check the connectors

I bought these to complete my bike's stock turn signal kit. They work as expected, but with a few caveats. Solderless connectors are very convenient, but rather cheap quality. I had a connector that didn't make a good connection and had to use pliers to push the connector's metal plate into the housing and make a good connection. It only lasted 30 seconds. It took a couple of hours to diagnose which port wasn't making a good connection. But on the other hand, we are talking about 1 out of 8…

My problem was solved / 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Annv. Revision

Having driven in the back many times I'm a bit scared of being in the back so I bought LED brake light strobe lights that flash 6 times when you hit the brake kick and then stay red dear light but after installing them i got an error message with hyperflash that my turn signals weren't working. After some research I bought it. Not only do I now have bad @* brake lights and hazard lights, I no longer have error codes or hyper flashes. If you have the same problem on a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee…

Fixed fast blinking to normal speed

Blinking bulb lost and replaced with LED, but using LED doubled the on/off switching speed, which is an indicator of a burned out bulb. Adding a resistor to the LED solved the double speed and restored the normal speed blinking. Although I could have used the red terminals, I chose not to short the wires on my truck. So I decided to strip and solder the wires. Then I added dielectric grease and heat shrink tubing. Then I added nylon tubing and secured them with a zipper. Then I drilled a hole…

Do exactly what they're supposed to do, but they get HOT!

I recently installed LED headlights on my Jeep Wrangler JKU. During installation, one of the high beam circuits failed. I don't know why but there is no fuse or relay so I had big problems. I decided to connect both headlights to a different side circuit but was concerned about another fault so I built a new wiring harness so both headlights would be powered directly from the battery. I used the remaining good headlight supply to switch the relay. Everything worked fine but the relay worked…

Purchase at your own risk. May not fit your vehicle.

I was looking for an aftermarket LED relay (unfortunate for my car model) hoping to avoid the hassle and unwise use of factory headlights with cheap Chinese parts. It's just not worth it if you ask me, but I digress. I just installed them on my honda crv 04. First I installed the rear indicators with new LED bulbs. Everything went smoothly. Then I installed front turn signals in my headlights and that's where things went wrong. First, I couldn't perfectly line up the wire taps with the resistor

Pros
  • Pretty impressive

  • Useless features

Great product, read my post on how to wire them or they won't work!

Negative Result: Delivery took longer than expected. I ordered them at the same time as ordering new LED turn signals, the turn signals were a week before the resistors arrived. There are no instructions but that's okay, I'm an electrician and have been installing car radios and sound systems for 35 years. no problem. I installed them, one for each of the turn signal wires. bright! Wrong, nothing happened! After checking and rechecking and rechecking many times and going back to YouTube to…

He does what he has to do. Remember you need all four resistors

After extensive research on switching to LED bulbs in my 1995 Honda Del Sol SI VTEC I bought this set because I thought that it only takes one 60 ohm resistor per circuit to fix the hyper-blink problem that LEDs always cause. So I was surprised when I put a resistor on the right turn signal circuit and one on the left and the hyper flashing continued. (Hyper-flashing is a rapid blinking of an LED at about twice the normal frequency that occurs when an LED bulb is inserted into a circuit that…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Actually I don't like it, it's ok

There were no instructions in this set but just enough to figure out what needs to happen. LED hyper-flashing occurs when a standard flashing incandescent bulb is replaced with an LED. The resistance of an LED is much lower than that of an incandescent lamp due to the higher efficiency. You just need to add resistance to slow down the lightning to normal levels. Since there were no directions, I decided to post some! I replaced the stock 3157 rear brake/turn signals with 1200 lumen LEDs. As…

Pros
