While not perfect or even perfect, they are useful for making cutting boards for Christmas gifts. They are soft enough to stick to the underlying surface, but are easily damaged during installation. Go slow and you'll be fine. I also tested them by attaching them to a board mounted on top of my convection oven. It gets really hot and the old ones are fine. This was my main concern when looking for rubber feet.

They are a little smaller than I expected, although their size is clearly stated in the ad. They are 0.5 inches wide. I would be happy if they were 0.75 inches wide. 1 inch would be even better. The screws are important because only stainless steel will do, and they are stainless steel. That's why I think they're great for small cutting boards. I didn't have a replacement and couldn't contact the seller so I'm leaving a review to warn others that they might be wrong. It was pretty obvious the package was half full, but someone sent it anyway. The part itself was ok. The rubber is very soft so not sure how long it will last but I needed mine and had to accept 12 pack. I don't have to pay anything back on the loan, so I just cheated.
