I received them on time and they fit me perfectly. I first bought two for the two bikes I had and bolted them to the floor in my Ford Explorer and now I will soon be buying a third to carry a third bike. I like how they secure the bike firmly in place.

End caps pop out when trying to insert an axle and the included hardware doesn't fit. Sweat reinforcements on the legs. but at that moment I could make it all up on my own. 20€ is definitely not worth it.

Will a 15mm thru axle fit? Sure, knocking out the threaded ends of the QR with one punch leaves a 20mm tube with your 15mm thru-axle hanging out and unsecured. I'm not happy but will try to make it work by drilling the ends 15mm. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to go to a lot of trouble and still end up with a poor quality product.

Very close to perfection. The bar seemed very tight on my bike so it didn't slide smoothly and could be a bit uncomfortable. This bike might not live up to specs, but I would most likely blame it on the cost difference alone. :). I adjusted it to 2x4 length and have a very handy car mount to move from car to car. I'll get another one this summer.

I attached two of these to the logs and tied them to the top of the truck. They're not very thick metal, and the weld between part of the barrel and the flange is just a couple of thumbtacks. One only lasted two weeks, the other lasted about six weeks, they still hold the bikes but they wobble and creak and the flange bends. Also, the metal is soft enough that the screws holding them will gnaw through the pre-drilled holes. They're fine for light-duty applications when you might just want to…
