Screw heads break when tightened. This happened with several propellers; Therefore, this is not an isolated error. Also, the manufacturer/distributor will not refund or acknowledge my general concerns. Revain needs to reconsider the delivery of this product.

2 pack of 200 faulty sockets broke off when screwed in. Then of course I couldn't get the broken part out of the wood. And I don't have the tools to drill new holes, but even if I did, the cabinet doors would come off a bit. I used them to match the black lacquered hinges in my kitchen. I hope that over time the wooden doors will withstand 2 doors where 1 screw is broken. Plus, they look great with a black bow.

What can you say about Screws? They are correctly described. The length was light but all manufacturers describe it as a #6 or #8. Great if we're all carpenters but for those of us who don't have a hard time figuring out how big or small we are. I snapped a few in half trying to screw them into a pine before realizing I had to drill pilot holes for these tiny ones. They aren't hardened, so they would come loose if I didn't. They have served their purpose.
