Perfect except I have to get new nuts and bolts. I can't get the screws to tighten the device to my luggage rack. It's safe, but it's free. And I think since I need spare bolts I could make them long enough to attach the device to a milk crate I strapped to my stand so I can increase my line of sight. (Ignore my milk crate. It's grey, so it matches my bike AND works great transporting my groceries and sometimes it's 6-2 liters of diet soda!) Wrench for nut tightening. I used needle nose pliers.

The mounting holes on my Bontrager rack don't quite line up. I can still use it. I will only use 3 zip ties to secure it. Although it would be nice if it installed as intended and not just like that. To be honest, I'm not sure if the part or the frame is to blame. I think there is no industry standard when it comes to this. While I don't like to rate shipping reviews, I have to say that this product arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Perfect. Now the mount itself is excellent. If used on a Topeak Explorer stand you will be in trouble if you don't heed my warning. To install: 1. Use a 5/16.2 ratchet screwdriver.
