Terrible and cheaply made, hot glue sticks between the joints of the wood frame. IF you have something valuable and want to protect it in a shadow frame. Don't waste your money on these recordings. Also, these frames aren't secure or leaky enough to put anything important inside like a real butterfly, trust me you'll be sorry. Can be suitable for children drawing or kindergarten. I plan to return these recordings!

Lots of shipping damage photos here. I assume they fixed it completely. Mine comes in two layers of different bubble wrap. They gave him a double bubble. Arrived in perfect condition. You get what you pay for (it's not a pretty oak tree) but it looks amazing on the wall, painted and with my little art project in it! If you're looking for a quality shadow box at a bargain price, keep looking. If you want to try something fun and don't want to invest any money, this is the place. I am very happy.

The item was fine but they packed it in a lightly lined yellow envelope! Of course, when I picked it up, I could hear the glass moving inside. We needed it for an event so I didn't have time to return it. My sister and I had to remove the glass and take out the pieces from the slide in the wooden part. We then replaced the glass and glued it back onto the piece of wood. Would not recommend ordering from this company! A child would know how to put a glass framed item in a box with wrapping…

I bought this 3D frame because I wanted to show some pins. Perfect for me, the glass just slides out from the top, you put your items in and then slide the glass back into the frame. It was easy to use. Shipping was cheap, fast and I had no problems with it. The only minor issue was I didn't really like that the glass seemed to slide out easily but when it's standing upright or hanging on the wall there shouldn't be a problem displaying your items. Not very good workmanship. Also, there was an earlier set sold under the same name but it was a set of two for the same price of $15 with a different ID number even though they were exactly the same in color, size and design. I bought one, was happy with the value for money, thought I'd order another set but got one one day and the next and was charged $15 a piece but the quality for twice the price was definitely worse . As previously mentioned, the seller does NOT package this item. As you can see from the photos, A SINGLE SHEET of thin bubble wrap they put in the bag - and they didn't even wrap the bubble wrap around the frame! Of course the glass was broken upon arrival - and - the small piece of balsam wood the glass was connected to was attached to the broken glass.
