Easy to Use: Pottery and Pottery

I had holes in a metal chair on the porch that bees were climbing into and a piece of heavy wooden bed that my parrot was chewing on needed repairs and worked great for my need

Pros
  • Clay and Dough
Cons
  • Can't remember

Terrible. Firm as a rock.

The sound was so harsh we couldn't use it. We tried adding water and worked forever hoping it would loosen up. It was like a brick and splintered like pieces in crumbling earth. Terrible.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

This clay takes paint and varnish well

I have used this clay to make face pencils and I can cover it with water based color and it doesn't streak or discolour like Crayola brand clay (I have used terracotta) that I painted, painted the facial features with acrylic paint and then sprayed the face again with water-based clear coat. It comes out great.

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • No car

It is difficult to work with and the color is not the same

So firstly this is not a "black" color. After drying it turns grey, not even remotely black as you can see in the photo. Second, clay is VERY difficult to work with. It's very difficult, you have to knead a lot and it's not easy because it's like trying to crush a soft stone. My hands hurt when kneading, which was necessary to get a plastic texture. Then he began to dry very quickly. And I didn't even do anything particularly detailed. I just wanted to buy a new handle for my drawer which is…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable
