🍔 Burgertime Micro Players by Data East Review

This product is good, I like the look, but the on/off switch was broken on arrival, I had to disassemble and adjust it to get the switch to work. When I disassembled it, most of the screws were torn off, and it also had nicks, so it can be said that the device has been disassembled before, and most likely several times. It also does not run on batteries, but with a power cord.

I received this about two weeks ago. Although it worked when connected via USB, it didn't run on batteries. I tried replacing them with 3 different sets but it just didn't work. I thought it was a bad unit so I sent it back for an exchange. Replacing a block does the same thing. No batteries work, have tried several alternatives that have proved good. Playing such a game connected to a USB cable will not be very fun. Removes all wearable aspects. Avoid this product.

This game is what it is. Small mini arcade. Controls - great graphics, great sounds, everything is fine. It's sweet, nothing more. If you buy because you love Burgertime and it's nice to have/play on your table, you'll get exactly what you wanted. This is powered by batteries. Unfortunately I re-ordered from another seller on Amazon and my battery option is not working. BurgerTime is another MyArcade microplayer that looks like real arcade machines from the 80's. These players have an arcade-style sidebar, marquee, directional pad, kickpad, and faceplate, as well as an NES version of the game. Some of the others are Pac-Man, Galaga, and Dig Dug.
