Works perfectly. in Oil System Tools

Excellent value for money. It's a bit thinner than my other Davco water trap wrenches. Maybe it's fake, who knows, it does the job.

Pros
  • Plastic coated handle for a comfortable grip
Cons
  • Available in black only

The wrench says that Davco is a perfect match for the Davco filter.

Worked well to remove the large Davco filter nut. Fits perfectly. It's way better than pliers or even worse than a hammer and screwdriver. Very thin hence it takes up so little space with truck tools.

Pros
  • Davco 380134 382 Fuel Filter Wrench w/Cap/Vent
Cons
  • Some small things

Should have bought 8 years ago

I used to use Davco fuel filter wrenches and they were flimsy flimsy junk. Eventually I got tired of removing the ring with a dull chisel and hammer when teeth were chewed and I settled on it. Good solution, it's much stronger than the ones I used before (unknown brand). If you want to maintain your truck with the right tools, do yourself a favor and you'll only end up spending the same money on a new lower collar.

Pros
  • 6 inch ID
Cons
  • unreliable
