I lost my mainsail last season so I bought a couple of these as spares. Keep two on the mast and one in your spares bag. Never leave the dock without a spare tire. Fits my MacGregor 26D mast slot.

I use it as a backup for my MacGregor 26X. I lost the first one because it came loose. You'll need some sort of rope to tie it to the pole so it doesn't get lost. The second one I put on I tightened with pliers and it didn't even remotely come loose. It works very well

Exactly what I expected except I took a chance with the size and lost. Not the seller's fault but I wish there was more than one size on Revain (less in my case). I'll keep them in my tool box as one day I'll get another boat/mast that they fit.

Works great. I am a solo sailor and had trouble getting the mainsail through the open mast gate. It was difficult to get a new mast gate cover for my old boat, there was an easier and cheaper solution. Works perfectly. I just raise the sails before leaving the pier, drop it, lower the sail so it's ready to go. Don't give up! The only thing I changed about her was that I could tie her to the mast.
