Dayco 5070690 Serpentine Belt Review

I will buy this item again. I'm still looking for durability, efficiency and silence; Has been working great for over 5 months now.

Installed on CRV 2008 2.4L. Which bear install. Very tight and the tensioner is all the way back. I expect it will stretch a bit as you work.

Replaced V-ribbed belt on 2009 CR-V. The replacement belt was of high quality, fitted perfectly and was easy to fit using a tool developed for Honda. I would buy the belt again.

I installed this belt on my Acura TSX 06 about 1000km ago. He got up as it should, didn't burst, didn't fly away, didn't make any noise. So basically just does what it's supposed to. No complaints here.

Fits, makes no noise. I had to tighten the tensioner almost to the max for the install on a 2007 Crv. After about 50 miles he didn't look very well, seemed a little strained. The Honda tensioner is very strong, which is probably why. I've never had a problem with Dayco straps, I'm sure everything will be fine. If not I will update

This was a good OE replacement for my 2005 Acura TSX. I don't know if it's better or worse than all the others available and if you were just buying based on price I'm not sure where it would fit. This review was written after replacing the belt once. early summer I think. I usually do a little research before I buy though, so I must have a good reason. I would recommend a belt.
