3.5l vol. The pin is in the wrong place. It is slightly offset and due to its misalignment, does not flex enough to re-tighten the belt. Simple workaround, I bought a belt an inch bigger and it worked fine.

Bought this tensioner to replace the factory tensioner on a supercharged Hemi 5.7. The factory tensioner and other brands don't handle the higher belt tension with a supercharger very well. This is much better made than factory and most other aftermarket products.

Fits Chrysler Pacifica although the pulley is smaller than standard in both circumference and width. The real issue was the width, but so far there hasn't been any friction or slippage. I rounded a 3/8 slot on the cast original, but not on this new one. 04 3.5L. Just thought I'd post this for those who are concerned.

Fits Dodge Charger and appears to be of normal quality. The case is rough and came wrapped in paper. The box was dirty like it came from an old garage but the parts appear to be new. Best price I could find there and would buy again. So far so good, if you see an overhaul then say no as of May 2019.

Several people reported that the belt tensioner on a supercharged Dodge Challenger was not working and a pair of OEM belt tensioners were broken. In response, I bought a Dayco Delta tensioner. There were no problems during installation, the car has been driving with it for a few weeks now. While I'm short on time, others I've spoken to have had this belt tensioner installed for much longer with no issues.
