Great price and came earlier than expected too.

Installed this alternator on my brother in law 96 Nissan Maxima which I will NEVER do again. What a needle. But not the fault of the product. Fast shipping and great price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I am ordering this product for my son's car and after 2 months the generator failed. I had to buy and install another generator. After all, he pays more. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY

Works perfectly so far

Bought and fitted (9) months ago. Perfect fit, so far flawless - the block is completely frozen and does not spin - the belt has started to burn from the heat. I can't say for sure if the problem is in production or something like that. Still under warranty, let's see how it goes.

BUYER ALERT - Alternators

BUYER ALERT This item is marked as fitting a 1997 Maxima but is not. I recommend pulling out a generator to be replaced and checking its dimensions before purchasing a generator. The hole that the bolt goes through sticks out further on this particular alternator so my bolt can't come out the other way so it won't fit in my car. I had to buy one that protrudes less to allow my bolt to fit through. I've read that Nissan (and I30) seem to have different alternators by year, they are not…
