Failed to perform as expected

This automotive starter was a complete disappointment .after installation it did not function properly and caused delays in my project. The only positive aspect was that the customer service was helpful in getting a replacement..

IT WAS EXCELLENT!

I have a suspicion that my starter will die. So I ordered the part. I received it well packaged and on time. But then there seems to have been no problem igniting the car. To be honest, I kind of forgot about the problem. About 8 weeks later I get in my car to have lunch on my break and the car won't start.
