SPECS: Painted forged steel load binder with grab hooks. Chain tie-down fits 5/16” Grade 70 transport chain and 3/8” Grade 43 chain. Assembly break strength, 16,200 lb. working load limit 5,400 lbs. MEETS: FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Tight and Secure Binding Tool

Based on my experience, this industrial and scientific binding tool is excellent for securing loads during transportation. It is sturdy and reliable ensuring that the cargo remains in place even on bumpy roads .However, it can be a bit complicated to use for first-time users who are not familiar with load binders..

The sent folder had a higher rating than the description. Works as it should. The seller sent very quickly. I have bought this item twice.
