Installed on a 2008 Lancer ES. Great sound and definitely a small increase in overall performance, maybe even a small increase in horsepower. You won't feel it at lower speeds but it does help the engine growl at higher speeds, a great first upgrade for my car after adding a front brace to it. Excellent delivery speed and carefully packaged. Picks up speed around 3k. If you keep it clean it will keep rumbling and roaring and making a nice noise 8)

It was very easy to install! It's a tight fit! I installed this on my Lancer ES 08 2.0! Love the sound and the very noticeable rev boost, especially when it revs over 2500rpm it blows up much quicker and after 25 miles the check engine light doesn't come on! In spring I would buy another DC filter! Highly recommended! One of the downsides was that the very small screws used to mount the mass airflow sensor didn't reach the threads of the sensor, so I used the factory screws and tightened them…

Just installed and the owner's manual says it was made specifically for the 2008 Mitsubishi 2.0/2.4 non-turbo automatic transmission, but it's clear that's definitely not the case is. the best and totally unsuitable for this car and was not made for this particular car.
