🔧 Optimized DEA A3003 Engine Mount - Front Right Review

Delivery- It was properly packaged.- Arrived on time. Item- Just installed it made my Ford Focus Ride smarter. - I've bought this product before, it's a good product but it will last at least a year - The price is fair. Note: Once installed, tighten to the correct torque. (35lb motor to body and 60lb to motor) I will update my review in the future.

It's only been 1 day since installation but what a huge difference! I've been riding this oversized elephant vibrator for quite some time and I'm so used to the noise and the shaking! Let's see how long this lasts. Overall, I'm happy with the design and functionality! Installation was easy. My old one was a whole 1 cm shorter than the new one. He was really devastated! So happy I decided to take care of it.

Driver and passenger side mounts replaced (rear polyurethane mount already installed). Both mounts died within days. I can't return due to the short window they offer and didn't realize the mounts were removed and causing my vibration until it was too late. Replaced both DEA mounts with polyethylene and upon inspection found the passenger side mount (this one) also died.

This original bracket that I received was obviously not assembled correctly and QA should have figured this out. The photo shows both the bracket that was removed from my Ford Focus (left) and the bracket that came in the box (right). Also included is a Revain detail image insert that clearly shows the correct pin orientation on the bracket mounting surface. I purchased this particular mount in 2013 and suspended a review due to very conflicting reviews and my experience. It's Fall 2015 now and it's still working fine. I've had several Ford Focuses that use this mount and probably bought 6 or 8 of them (not necessarily all DEAs, but most were DEAs). I would give it almost four stars as other engine mounts are not as good. First, I've never had a motor mount come off on any of my other machines. I have two Ford Focus cars, one is a ZX3 and the other is a ZX5. I swapped all engine mounts with DEA on both, only difference is the right hydro mount.
