The large flange was welded at an angle of about 5 degrees.

The large flange was welded in the bent position about 5 degrees and therefore did not fit the chassis properly. A poorly finished product, the welds were also badly bagged.

No more vibration!

This is the second one I've bought, having installed the first one in my nephew's 2001 2-door Honda Civic coupe last summer, then the same part failed on mine's 2001 4-door Honda Civic sedan Daughter. Took 20 minutes to install after watching some good YouTube videos that others had posted.

This bracket looks like factory and fits as is. I don't mind if it doesn't work like it does out of the box because it's designed to be a little flimsy to absorb vibrations and keep them away from the body. As long as the price is right, I don't mind changing it again and again. First, I removed the through (middle) screw from the top, having previously disconnected the oxygen sensor connector from the spacer bracket. I then loosened the top screw and then the bottom screw.
