These will charge the new NiMH batteries I bought but there is no way to tell when they are charged. The only traffic light is always red. I prefer chargers that tell you when the batteries are full or play guessing games with them.

This charger worked several times and then became ineffective. Wouldn't stress my herbivore. The charge indicator light also stopped working. I had to use my original charger that came with the weed eater. I wanted this because I have two batteries and I liked both of them ready to use. finish work.

Purchased for the B&D wireless weedeater. As with most chargers, it takes a few hours to fully charge the battery, but the ready light lets you know when it's ready to go. It's best to turn it on at night. Simple but effective.

The charger arrived on time as expected by the seller. Since I lost my previous charger, I couldn't make a direct comparison. However, this charger is pretty darn close if not the same as the original. I connected it immediately and successfully charged both batteries. I was very satisfied with the price, the delivery and then the seller. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a replacement or additional charger.

At first I thought they sent me an incompatible charger. I was wrong. The charger I received does not look like my original charger (as shown in the seller's photo). A photo of what I received is attached. The charger 90592360-01 that was sent to me is an updated replacement charger designed for both B&D Nickel Cadmium and Nickel Metal Hydride plug-in batteries (9.6-18VDC) (according to several Sources provided to me by Google). Of course, it will take time to see how durable the charger is.

Fits to charge my Black & Decker 18v cordless drill that I have used for many years. I ordered this and a replacement battery because I couldn't charge my existing battery with my existing charger and it turned out that my old battery was dead. It's not clear because there's no instruction manual for it, but a red light means the battery is getting power. It is not indicated whether the battery is fully charged. Only lasted for 1 charge which I discovered 3-4 days ago. It looks completely dead - the red charging light is not lit. First and only use: I used a timer set to about 4 hours so don't think I overdid it. Also, no instructions or packing list were supplied - B&D load times could not be found. Neither came with a battery and there is no such information on the Revain product description pages for either device. Tried to call B&D but was put on "perpetual, terminal HOLD". Successful with B&D 18v.

The auto shut off feature on this charger definitely makes it a great charger. Charge activated light is the ideal aspect of this item. Now, it takes a long time (9 hours!) to fully charge a nearly empty battery, but the charge will "level out" so the charge lasts a long time (depending on the battery's state of charge).
