DecoArt's usual great deal. Slightly rougher texture due to the glitter, but nothing really noticeable. Vivid color and beautiful glitter effect is smooth, no globs of glitter but real dust. Fits well on multiple surfaces.Very satisfied!

Instead of receiving the item I purchased above, I received the item shown in the picture. I was cheated on. I brought 2٫, both packages were wrong.

Not as shiny as I would have liked. More like a transparent shiny top coat. If that's what you're looking for, this is perfect. If you want more shine, try a different color.
