I received it on 04/29/19 but only opened today 06/16/19 (we are tinkering with our granddaughter). It's completely dry! I returned to Revain today to see if I could return it but the return date has already passed. Pity! I really wanted this emerald color so I just ordered another one. Just a word of caution, if you order any of these DecoArt stamps, open them up the day you receive them to ensure they are usable and not dry.

I think this will probably work fine for some applications but it wasn't a permanent finish on metal. I've used Guildar wax in the past (no, I'm not paid to say so) and gave it a try as an alternative due to the many metallic colors DecoArt offers. For my application I use this on stainless steel.
