Ignore my son's messy room. I ordered 84" and it works great as I plan to put a small bench under the window. The color, as I said, was royal blue, which goes perfectly with my son's Pokemon theme. The curtains definitely block the sun. Maybe not completely blacked out but very close both labels are the same length and arrived in excellent condition I also love how thick they are, not too thick but certainly not thin Makes the room a little cooler without it gets stuffy or hot. I wish I had read ALL the reviews before buying but I still like the color and they feel good. Polyester has come a long way since the 70's. When the sun shines on my French doors, I can see leaf patterns through them. They do enough work to keep my house darker in the summer. Full sun is hard to endure and they cut off a lot of it.
