I had a 1000w Klipsch subwoofer with 3-10" speakers that broke. I started looking for a replacement and bought this one based on the reviews. This little thing packs more bass than the Klipsch. I am very comfortable.

Upgrade to new smaller subwoofers. I ended up buying 2 supercubes. 1 was great, I just wanted more bass for the music and even resonance from both sides of the room. One demolished an old 350w 12″ JBL. When properly placed in the room, you will feel it hit you in the chest. The only thing I wished for was a double Supercube 4000. I found them for the same price as a 2000 after I bought mine. Will buy them again for future builds.

When playing movies or songs through my system, I could only hear the full range of tones/songs through the subwoofer. So the sound from this subwoofer will interfere with the sound from my main speakers and distort the overall sound. I have an HTS 10 in my basement and when I tested it I could only hear the low beat sounds and not the full song. So I had to return this Supercube 2000 and order another HTS 10.

First I got a broken one. It buzzed like bees in a box. But they replaced it and so far so good! It now has a good sound and fits perfectly in the corner. That sound scared me to death! Movies come alive when I had to pause the movie and check what that sound is? He came from another room! 😂🤣😂 great box! It's like in the movies. The only other issue is that it's been discontinued by the manufacturer, which will suck once it's out of service.

I bought this subwoofer to use as a second subwoofer in the back of a large family room. I set up a crossover in the receiver and use the volume control on the back of the subwoofer to dial in the amount of bass I want. Now the whole room has the right bass balance that I wanted. This thing is amazing, it gets so loud and the bass is incredibly tight and punchy and goes very, very low/low. This one replaces a Polk 15" subwoofer and blows it out of the water. For size, this is one of the most powerful subwoofers I've come across. The low frequencies are phenomenal and combined with a good pair of studio monitors this is a producer's dream. As to be expected for the price, the build quality is first class. The piano lacquer and the adjustable feet with rubber tips and brass inserts are very durable.
