Bought to remove water from pool. Assembled per instructions. When I turned it on, the pump sounded very quiet, too quiet. A small stream came out of the hose but nothing much. Checked intake, no leaves or debris. Moved location and tried again, same thing. Disconnected, went to home depot and got a 1/2 HP liberty, problem solved. Return process was painless.

Pump works ok but not great. The instructions do not explain how to set up the pump and there is no warranty information. Doesn't explain how to set up the float if you leave it to float or attach it to the unit to the grid on the side of the pump. Had to elevate the pump 4 inches from the ground so that the float would be lower than the pump to allow the pump to shut off. If the float is at the same level as the pump, the pump continues to run. Not sure if I have a defective unit or it's a bad

The fitting at the top is 1 1/4" to hook a hose up to you must retrofit it. I used a female 1 1/4" TH to a 1 1/4" SL. Then a 1 1/4" SL bushing to a 3/4" female TH. Then a 3/4" coupling with a 3/4" MHT male hose fitting. Then, you can hook up a hose.For draining water it'll do the trick but I thought it would have more power to water plants or have some sort of spray. Not the case.The cord is too short. I think a 25' one would be better.

Ok so its a pump it pumps water pretty ground breaking i know ! The threads on the adapter are metric common thing for Chinese products no its not impossible to adapt to one person here says they were a pipe fitter and even talked to a retired plumber and stilll couldnt figure out how to adapt to it . Not relevant to the product review but both those people should know theres clearly a reason. Both those proffesion are passive LMFAO pathetic !

Bought in March 2022, tried to use for the 1st time in Oct 2022. Pump cavity filled with water and shorted out. No work, Dont buy
