No Thunderbolt 3 port

I thought I had one with a Thunderbolt 3 port. That was the only reason I bought it because the pictures show a Thunderbolt 3 port. I was wrong. Can I still trade my existing Dell Latitude 7480 for one with a Thunderbolt 3 port?

Never worked: Laptops

How good is the service and support when the computer crashes or boots up and the mouse pad doesn't work. After a few calls I just wrapped it up and sent it back. They charged me $5.93 of my refund, which doesn't cover the ink I used to print the label, the tape to make sure it was well packaged, and the gas to get 20+ miles on it drive UPS to send it back. I bought 2 refurbished Dell's within a few weeks. each other this year from Revain (different companies) and had to return them both. Too…

Fantastic laptop that looks and works like new

This beautiful laptop looks and works like new. Battery life is the only exception, but that's to be expected from a used computer. I had a small problem with this laptop and the seller solved it immediately. Mega Tech PC has excellent, outstanding customer service. I would buy from them again without question.

After the second week, the system keeps crashing...

The system doesn't work, keeps crashing on a blue screen with an error message. I just booted up Office, so corrupting all configurations shouldn't be a problem

great business laptop to last

I have bought many Dell 5000 and 7000 Lattidude systems from Dell and I bought two 7480s in January when they were the previous deal of the day. The Latitude is my favorite business laptop. They are durable, resistant to impact and come with a local warranty. Some people don't understand the price of a business laptop, but I love the fact that they're thinner and lighter, yet very durable.
