I received my De'Longhi EC860 yesterday. The Revain shipping box that the product box was placed in was loose and the tape came off even on one side. I mean it's a bit pricey but worth every penny. A glass warmer is a great idea, but when I'm making beer I just drink it right away without having to warm the glass. The consistency of milk, foam, coffee is just great. The espressos are filled quickly and double under pressure through a portafilter, which also leaves a frothy froth (coffee froth). It's quick and easy. I have to drink too much coffee, I feel like I'm filling the inner jug too much. I used filtered water from the fridge.
