Once the bed is removed, replacing the pump is easy.

The fuel pump was very expensive compared to what was available locally. It wasn't an easy setup. It is required to drop the fuel tank or remove the truck body. We proceeded with removing the bed. Requires tools to disconnect fuel line. With the bed removed and the lines disconnected, installation was a breeze. Get to the point where it was difficult. The old pump broke when it was removed, but was probably still fine. The fuel pressure control module has failed (programming required).
