Not Working - Replacement Parts

I put it on my car but my car still wouldn't start. This part was the right one to get it working, but I will always shop at Revain

Fuel Regulator for Non-GM Vehicles

I have a 97 Lotus Esprit. The forums indicate that the fuel pressure regulator is the same as the '96 Corvette. The stiff tube on the regulator is a little longer than the one on my car, but it fits just right. The fuel rail fittings fit well and the car ran with no leaks.

  • Fuel System
Cons
  • Some Errors

The car starts immediately.

Fits 1993 Chevrolet Corvette with LT1 engine. On cold days, with temperatures of 60F and below, the car will not start within 5-10 seconds of cranking. Longer starter run time required. Sometimes it took two tries before it started. The car smells like too much fuel, but then runs normally. A new fuel pressure regulator was installed. Now I turn the key, hear the fuel pump run for 2 seconds and shut off, then start the car and light it up immediately.
