We are very satisfied with the purchase of this video conferencing camera. It proved easy to install and reliable, with good audio and video quality for frequent meetings. Our company uses 9 of them and they all work well. Received on time in a new packaging in a new quality as part of the deal. Happy with the result, bought the same several times.

One day I got a picture to show. I never managed to organize a video conference. No online support. Just an email and they directed me to a screen to fix an issue I was never able to show. The last time I plugged it in I couldn't get a picture.

Although the resolution seems reasonable, the image quality is noticeably compromised by a poor exposure algorithm. I couldn't get a satisfactory exposure and am wondering if it's worth going back and continuing my search for a decent webcam for my business. If exposure weren't an issue, I could live with a very wide angle that isn't adjustable with mainstream webconf tools. But that only exacerbates the problem at this stage.

A few Zoom meetings quickly revealed that a phone is a poor substitute for a webcam. The upgrade with this camera impresses with a wide field of view, high resolution and sharp focus. The sound is also much better. It comes right out of the box and ready to use, so almost ready to use. If you can't mount it at the top of the screen you really need a small tripod, which luckily I had. It wasn't the cheapest webcam, but it looks good and works flawlessly.

This is a decent webcam for the price if you just record and save to your computer, but not so much if you plan on doing a lot of video conferencing. I have Windows 10 and had no trouble setting it up. Image quality is good. The autofocus is terrible though. it's constantly fluctuating and you can see my image changing between normal color and tints of red or green. This is a decent webcam for the price. It costs a little less than a similar Logitech product, so I don't expect it to perform as well. The main difference is in the sharpness of the image - a bit fuzzy, but acceptable. The color balance is also good.

As advertised, the camera worked right out of the box with no boot up or setup. Good resolution and color reproduction. It's wide angle, which isn't for everyone. But it suits me. However, the camera died exactly 14 days after the 90-day warranty expired. I'm sorry I can't recommend this due to reliability. I ordered this camera because it was similar to the model recommended by an online electronics reviewer. The originally recommended camera/microphone was nowhere to be found and appeared to be a good replacement. I was not disappointed. I want to assure people that this camera connects to Linux. After waiting 6 months for another product I decided to buy this Ausdom AF640 webcam.
