I like how it is able to research my contact info for me as well as their online profile so that we can start our relationship off right away! It's easy to use & not too confusing once you get used to all of its functions! Sometimes there are glitches but they usually fix those pretty quickly when contacted through customer service! I like that it is easy to use but not so complicated as some other programs out there!
